AirportDelay provides live wait times, security queue data, gate walks, parking intelligence, and customs delays across 214+ airports worldwide — refreshed every 60 seconds. Data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed or imperfect. We recommend verifying critical details directly with your airline or airport before travelling.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are not permitted:

• Using automated tools (bots, crawlers, or scrapers) without our prior written permission.
• Reselling, redistributing, or repurposing our data commercially.
• Interfering with or disrupting the website's security, servers, or infrastructure.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

The Service displays airport and flight data collected from external sources — government agencies, airlines, and third-party data providers. Data may not always reflect real-time conditions with 100% accuracy. AirportDelay does not guarantee that information displayed is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify critical travel details directly with your airline or airport authority before making decisions.

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. Before you subscribe:

• Pricing and billing frequency (monthly or yearly) are clearly shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy or as required by applicable law.

You are responsible for all charges associated with your AirportDelay account. Payment is required at the time of subscription and billed according to the selected plan. If auto-renewal is enabled, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time — changes apply from the next billing cycle, with advance notice.

Our Service may include links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by Travelscript LLC. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We recommend reviewing each site's terms and privacy policy before engaging with them.
